NEON GREEN to BEYOND A DREAM

It’s hard to believe that only three months ago, we nearly gagged when we walked in to this neon green nightmare of a house - I mean, the smell alone could have knocked you over…Something really bad must’ve happened on those brown carpets.

Oh, but look at her now! Isn’t she a dream? Oh, and what a wonderful smell she has now… the smell of CASHFLOW! We partnered with our friends, Tom and Emily on this one. So, once we refinance and get a renter in there, we’ll split the monthly cashflow.

Didn’t know you could paint over old siding? You sure can! For the exterior we chose SW Grizzle Gray. I love how it looks blue-ish in certain light. The trim color is our go-to white, SW Pure White.

The interior is all SW pure white walls and SW light french gray trim. And the floors are LVP (williamsburg). Although I never thought I’d be a fan of vinyl flooring, I have to say, I’m really not hating these floors. Because it’s an old house, the floors are not perfectly level… so with the give and take and bendability (just made that a word), the vinyl was a great choice. Trust me, I’m real picky and I swear these look and feel like real hardwoods.

Now on to the kitchen - I mean, can you handle how cute?

We went with cement countertops, white shaker cabinets and this delle torre tile from Lowes. I’ve seen this same pattern for over $10/sqft - we paid $1.50!!. It’s not hand painted, but who cares, it’s amazing.
